Think about how attractive it would be if the rental included USB sockets, the latest German brand appliances, smart central air-conditioning, and even solar systems and electric vehicle chargers. For tenants who pursue convenience and efficiency in life, they are also willing to pay more rent to enjoy the above smart home systems and technological life.
